JOB DESCRIPTION OF REGISTER NURSE Reports to: Clinical Director Supervises: Chrissy White DESCRIPTION FLSA Status: Exempt Job Description : Under immediate supervision, supports providers and the Clinical Director in provision or client care: includes recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing and assists with procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities Include

Provide client education regarding medications, diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive health measures, disease management, and other identified healthcare needs. Assess clients’ understanding of health education and reinforce instructions as appropriate. General Requirements: Advanced knowledge of nursing principles, clinical practices, and medical terminology.

Knowledge and demonstrated ability to provide effective client health education . Knowledge of medication administration, infection prevention, basic clinical assessment, and patient safety principles. Educational and Licensure Requirements: Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program. Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the State of Ohio.

Current CPR certification. First Aid certification as required by the organization. Relevant clinical experience preferred. Amount of Travel: Minimal, mostly confined to the Ohio Area. Salary Range: based on experience
