Guest Service Representative - Guest Services

Functioning within the Health System#s mission, values, objectives, procedures and policies, the #Guest Service Representative is responsible for visitor management , patient and guest transports throughout the healthcare system, patient monitoring, and parking and retrieving vehicles #for visitors arriving at the main campus.

##Greets patients and visitors upon arrival.# Assists patients and visitors with wheelchair needs and provides general non-medical information and assistance (such as driving directions, escorts to locations within the healthcare system, local eateries, etc.)#The Guest Services Representative is responsible for understanding and following all LMHS policies and procedures, complying with all LMHS safety and risk management policies, reporting all accidents and injuries in a timely manner, and performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Education

#High School graduate or GED preferred.# Licensure/Certification: #BLS required.# Experience: #Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Skills: #Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all customers. #Must also have the ability to use various computer programs, electronic equipment and communication devices, and to drive a variety of vehicles, including those with a standard transmission.
