What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital communication channels
• Assist consumers with account inquiries, payments, and repayment options
• Help identify payment solutions that work for both the consumer and the company
• Explain auto loan balances, monthly payments, and repayment plans
• Process vehicle surrender and redemption requests
• Educate consumers regarding bankruptcy plans and account requirements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding repossession and redemption activities
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Navigate multiple systems while managing calls, emails, and chats
• Clearly communicate processes and next steps to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Reliable attendance and commitment to customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, collections, financial services, automotive lending, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of BFrame or similar account management systems
