Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry A Day In The Brunch Life As FOH Support for Hash Kitchen, you are the glue that keeps service running smoothly. You’ll help put the final touches on our delicious brunch dishes, get them to guests quickly, and keep the dining room clean, reset, and ready for the next table.

No two shifts look the same, and your fellow Squad members will count on you to jump in wherever you’re needed most. As FOH Support for Hash Kitchen you will: Check dishes for accuracy, presentation and temperature before they leave the kitchen, including final plating and garnishing Help manage the expo line so orders go out in the correct priority with an efficient flow between the kitchen and the floor Assist fellow Squad members with quick delivery of prepared food Pass important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.

g., when a guest has a special request) Clear, clean and reset tables Maintain the dining room floor by cleaning and sweeping Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist the kitchen with cleanliness when needed Assist guests as needed and help resolve concerns to protect the guest experience Support other tasks as needed (e.
