Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want flexibility, upward mobility, and control over their earning potential.

You’ll engage exclusively with individuals who have already asked for information — there is no cold outreach involved.What You’ll Be Doing. Communicating with members who have requested benefit reviews. Organizing and hosting virtual appointments. Clearly presenting benefit options in an educational, easy-to-understand way.

Guiding members through the application process. Maintaining follow-up communication to ensure continued support. Participating in structured training, coaching, and leadership development. Who You Are. Confident and clear communicator, comfortable working remotely. Self-directed, dependable, and goal-oriented. Service-focused with a genuine desire to help others.

Comfortable with technology, video meetings, and online systems. Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada. What We Offer.
