• The role involves leading and managing the sales and service operations within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) division at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This position requires strategic oversight to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across the division. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a diverse team, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve financial targets and uphold the bank's commitment to inclusive banking services.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and service strategies tailored to the MFIB segment to achieve business growth and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and service team, ensuring alignment with the bank’s goals and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives by enhancing service delivery and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and risk management to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the financial services industry and the bank’s policies.

Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, service quality, and operational metrics to senior management. Manage budget allocation and resource planning to optimize operational costs while maximizing output. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the division to maintain competitive advantage.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and service management within the financial services sector, preferably in microfinance or retail banking.
