Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist) )

Job Details: Job Location: 3081 Teagarden Street

• San Leandro, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $115000.00 - $125000.00Salary/year, The Therapist will provide a broad spectrum of clinical services to both adults and children in our Community Clinic. The Therapist will work under their own license and will be capable of providing supervision back-up to the Behavioral Health Director to unlicensed Therapists when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and provide individual, family, and group therapy for ages 4 through end of life. Provide culturally relevant interventions and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Provide in-service training to Primary Care Clinic staff and trainees as appropriate Participate in agency-wide training programs and in-services including quality improvement committees and other agency meetings as requested Maintain timely, confidential EHR documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory agency requirements.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Current CA License (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) Required: 2 years direct client experience (preferred in the last 5 years) Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/Chinese) Experience working with children and families Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street
