TEAM UP WITH US! The Compact Equipment Specialist (CES) is a retail store-based, customer-facing equipment sales role located at a singular Cat Compact store. This position is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store, engaging customers on the equipment lot, understanding their equipment needs, demonstrating equipment and attachments, and guiding customers through the buying, rental, financing, technology onboarding, and ownership process.
