Job Summary

The Senior Business Development Engineer

• Architecture contributes to the planning, feasibility, and development of real estate projects from concept through launch. The role focuses on market research, financial feasibility, project briefs, inventory and pricing management, design coordination, licensing, and sales and marketing support. The position works closely with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are commercially viable, technically aligned, and delivered in accordance with approved business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, demand, competition, opportunities, and risks.
• Participate in financial feasibility studies and prepare and update financial models for new and existing projects.
• Prepare project briefs covering project scope, product mix, target market, specifications, and development objectives.
• Prepare and manage project inventory, including product mix, pricing, and release phasing, in line with market conditions and approved business plans.
• Prepare and communicate sales and marketing briefs, project data, and inventory updates to support project launches.
• Collaborate with architects and design team to ensure compliant and timely project deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Engineering department to support project licensing and compliance with technical requirements.
• Monitor project development progress, milestones, deliverables, and potential risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve product positioning, pricing, development efficiency, and performance.
• Prepare project reports and presentations highlighting project progress, feasibility, inventory, pricing, and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline 3 – 5 years of experience in real estate development, or investment Real Estate Development, Financial Modeling, or related professional certification is preferred Analytical Skills – Communication Skills – Presentation Skills – Time Management – Reporting & Documentation MS Office Suite – Advanced MS Excel – PowerPoint – Power BI
