Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation: $33.50-$50.25 /hour As a Medical/Surgical RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. What You’ll Do Provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and care teams Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and discharge plans Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes Accurately document care and maintain clinical standards Support patients and families with clear communication and guidance Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing Current AHA or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
