Strategic Partnership Officer

Job Brief: The Strategic Partnership Officer is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, institutions, donors, and collaborators that align with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, nonprofits, and institutions.
• Develop proposals and partnership pitches tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with current partners through regular updates and reports.
• Represent the organization in partnership meetings and events.
• Support grant applications and fundraising efforts in collaboration with the programs and fundraising teams.
• Track and evaluate the outcomes of partnership engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Law or any related field
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Proposal writing or donor engagement experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation skills are necessary for securing favorable terms. - 0-2 years experience
