Job description
A temporary reinforcement is needed in the FLA/CCGT teams to handle various projects. Ensure the management, coordination, and monitoring of strategic projects in direct support of the Flexible Asset organization management.
- Preparation and follow-up of FLA CODIR meetings
- Entry of action plans / Occasional support to the site
- Management and facilitation of the entity's 2026 roadmap
- Management and facilitation of cost reduction initiatives
- Administration of document management Key Responsibilities:
- Project coordination and monitoring: Implement reporting tools, track milestones, anticipate risks.
- Governance support: Prepare committees, summarize information for management, ensure traceability of decisions.
- Cross-functional communication: Facilitate the flow of information between teams and hierarchical levels.
- Analysis and perspective: Produce clear summaries, identify critical points, propose recommendations.
- Standardization and quality: Define and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
Analytical mindset and ability to take a step back: Understanding strategic issues, ability to synthesize complex information Expert Rigor and organizational skills: Ability to structure, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Expert Proficiency in PMO tools: MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Knowledge of industrial or energy environments. Master's degree (project management, management, engineering, or equivalent). Professional English (for reporting or international exchanges). Proven experience in PMO or project coordination (minimum 3-5 years). Adaptability and diplomacy: Ability to adjust communication according to the audience (Management, operational staff, partners).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to interact with all levels of the organization.
