Job description
The Job Holder shall:
- HSE & Instrumentation o Adopt & demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements, Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy. o Ensures that conformity and certification of facilities is ensured. o Validate strategy and optimization of maintenance plans. o Follows Safety Critical Elements maintenance implementation. o Fulfill the role of SECE Guardian for instrumented systems
- Instrumentation maintenance o Ensure implementation of operation and maintenance strategy based on FO objectives. o Approve the maintenance philosophy and strategy (spare parts, maintenance plans, outsourcing), monitor their implementation and advise on their effectiveness. § Shall point the observed problems in the design out and propose alternative solutions § Review equipment obsolescence § Manage quality, quantity, consumption of spare parts to ensure their availability § … o Ensure maintenance engineering is meeting availability, maintainability and operating costs. Ensure the use of CMIMS onshore and on Sites to provide an accurate maintenance management system. o Manage technical expertise provided to sites in various maintenance disciplines to solve maintenance issues. o Develop periodic reporting activities of the Discipline and follow them o Review and comment Engineering documents related to Maintenance discipline. o Participate when requested to gap analysis between CTRs design and Company Specifications in liaison with TEC o Contribute to the definition of the Commissioning strategy. o Review Operational Test Procedures o Optimise OPEX o Evaluate CTR personnel and ensure training plans are in line with job roles and plant equipment types Act as technical discipline focal point on specific project/work scopes and contracts : ensure interfaces with TEPA Entities when required & liaise with specialists Discipline Headquarters (TEC, OPS)
