HR Senior Employee Relations Specialist Bridlington |£40,000 - £50,000 DOE | Permanent

Join Bee Health, one of the UK's leading vitamin and supplement manufacturers. We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to lead complex casework, coach managers and support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You'll manage disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases, provide expert employment law advice, and help drive high standards of people management across the business.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, so flexibility is required to support managers and employees across different shifts when business needs demand it.

CIPD L5 (or equivalent experience) and strong ER case management experience essential.
