ACE Money Transfer is looking for an enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to join its HR team.

This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in employer branding, employee engagement, content creation, and HR communications. You will collaborate with HR, Marketing, Creative, and Media teams to showcase ACE's workplace culture, celebrate employee experiences, support engagement initiatives, and strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, career platforms, and internal communication channels. Develop creative ideas that highlight employee experiences, workplace culture, and company values. Assist with photography, videography, reels, and other visual content. Coordinate employee photo and video shoots with relevant teams.

Employee Engagement Support employee celebrations, Welcome Aboard sessions, recognition programmes, milestones, and internal events. Help develop employee surveys, feedback forms, and engagement activities. Contribute ideas that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Talent Outreach & Employer Visibility Assist with university outreach, recruitment drives, career fairs, and talent engagement events.

Help prepare promotional materials that introduce ACE to prospective employees. Support initiatives that strengthen ACE's employer brand among students, graduates, and potential candidates. Research, Reporting & Content Management Organise and maintain employer-branding photographs, videos, and digital assets. Research employer-branding trends, industry best practices, and creative campaigns.

Track basic social media and employer-branding performance metrics. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign materials. Team Collaboration Work with HR, Marketing, Creative, Media, and other internal teams on employer-branding projects. Support campaign planning and execution. Contribute fresh ideas and assist with other relevant tasks and projects.

What We're Looking For

Education

& Experience Minimum Graduation. A genuine interest in employer branding, social media, content creation, and HR. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage. Previous experience in content creation, event coordination, or social media activities is a plus, but not essential.

Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication. Creativity and an eye for engaging content. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks responsibly. What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in employer branding and HR communications.
