IT User Support Engineer

UCT is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and enterprise systems. The role includes troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, user account administration, network support, managing access control, CCTV and attendance systems, documentation, user training, vendor coordination, and incident management.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Server OS, Active Directory, LANs, printers, backups, and desktop/laptop hardware. Strong customer service, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
