Key Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Review and verify warranty documentation, including repair orders and invoices
• Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
• Assist in training staff on warranty procedures and updates
• Monitor warranty claim statuses and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Prepare reports on warranty activities and submit to management regularly Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and warranty policies
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
