Senior Manager, ERP Applications

The Senior Manager, ERP Applications is responsible for the strategic administration, implementation, optimization, and operational support of the Global Shop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across multiple manufacturing businesses. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for the Global Shop ERP platform and partners closely with business leaders, end users, software vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure the system supports business objectives and operational excellence.

The role will lead any new implementations onto the Global Shop platform, provide hands-on technical and functional support during and after implementation, and drive continuous improvement of business processes within the ERP environment.
