Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products and services is exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. Offer solutions and resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.

Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure their loyalty. Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Stay updated with the latest company offerings and industry trends. Handle customer escalations and provide timely responses. Ensure data privacy and security during customer interactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric approach and a passion for building relationships. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Basic knowledge of BFSI industry and its products is preferred.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Excellent time management and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an asset.
