NOTES: 1. 6GR, STT/ FCAW qualified welders 2. Material Carbon steel pipe ASME A106 Gr.B. 3. Pipe Size 6"x Sch.80 and 6" Sch 160 or 8" Sch 60 and 8" Sch 100 4. Root Pass with E70S-6 ( STT Process ) , Fill and Cap by FCAW Process 5. Filler Specification: E71T-1C (Hyundai Supercored 71. Filler Size 1.2 6. Test position is 6GR, Both End shall be closed during Root Pass welding. 7. The welder shall have mini 5 year experience in Oil & Gas with 6GR FCAW process welding 8. Preference shall be given to Gulf return 9. Welder CV shall be provided in welll advance for review. 10. Welder CV shall be provided in welll advance for review.
