• Greencastle, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Clinic Lead – Putnam Prompt Care at the YMCA Putnam Prompt Care is seeking a motivated and resourceful Clinic Lead to join our team. This is a dual-role position that combines leadership responsibilities with direct support on the clinical and/or front office floor. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced primary care environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications

CMA preferred 3–5 years of experience in a primary care setting required Leadership experience preferred Clinical background strongly preferred EPIC experience preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates strong leadership and accountability Is a self-starter and takes initiative without needing constant direction Has excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Is adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented Communicates effectively with providers, staff, and patients Works well with a variety of personalities and team dynamics Can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Leads by example and promotes a positive team culture Responsibilities Support daily clinic operations and workflow Assist with staff coordination, communication, and accountability Work directly on the clinical and/or front office floor as needed Support patient rooming, scheduling, registration, phone coverage, or other operational needs Help identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies Serve as a resource for staff and assist with training and support Promote excellent patient care and patient experience standards Collaborate with leadership to support clinic goals and initiatives : Clinic Lead – Putnam Prompt Care at the YMCA Putnam Prompt Care is seeking a motivated and resourceful Clinic Lead to join our team.
