Senior Executive - Business Finance & FP&A

Role Overview Support financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements Skills & Competencies Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred Good communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments Qualification & Experience B.
