Job Title Director of Nursing Job Location Roxboro, North Carolina Position Summary The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all nursing home regulations. Maintain high standards of patient care. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current registered nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State. Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a nursing role. Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire. Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations is preferred.
