Position Summary

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. Key Responsibilities

• Valid State license.• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
