Senior IT Support Engineer

· Work with the company’s helpdesk on assigned problem/tickets.

• Collaborate with network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment.
• Install and support Desktops, Laptops, and other desktop applications.
• Provide support in accessing and utilizing peripheral devices, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Provide active support to the users on Microsoft office suite.
• Support Active Directory and ensure it maintained with up-to-date user profile.
• Add and Remove users, provide, and remove permissions in the Shared Drive.
• Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises.
• Loads specified software packages such as Operating Systems, Drivers, Microsoft Applications, and all other software that the employee needs for job.
• Recover lost data of users using recovery tools.
• Responds to Employee inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems either on-site or remote.
• Telephone system Infrastructure with the integration with third party Information Security responsibilities: -
• Comply with Nationwide Information Security Policies
• Be aware of and fulfill their information security responsibilities.
• Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
• Know how to report a security incident to IT Service. Desk.
• Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s (preferable) in computer engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications in IT are highly preferable.
• Ability to handle stressful situations pertaining to IT service delivery to business units.
• Team player with communication skills 4 to 6 years of experience in supporting system related user issues.
