We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team. 5 hours) Pay Rate: Nights - £16.16 PAYE Days - £15.10 PAYE Location: Plymouth, PL6 Job Type: Ongoing with the opportunity for permanent The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to and from sub depots and delivery units. Handling runs with 1-2 delivery stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Utilising tail lift and pump truck equipment for loading and unloading. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Empty the vehicle and refuel at the end of each shift. Complete a theory and practical assessment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards and then complete a few days paid training if the assessment is successful.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
