岗位职责 / Duties: GCC Market Entry (Qatar, Kuwait)
- Lead government affairs groundwork for new country launches (urgent)
- Handle entity setup, operating licenses, and regulatory approvals in new markets
- Establish local government relationships from scratch
Special Category Licensing
- Secure multipal categories operating licenses and regulatory approvals
- Support private label product registration and compliance 3.Navigate certification requirements for imported goods across GCC markets
Supply Chain & Import Compliance
- Solve cross-border import challenges for global sourcing (China, Europe, India, etc.)
- Handle product certifications, import permits, and customs regulatory issues
- Ensure smooth product flow into Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait from international origins
任职要求 / Requirements:
- 5+ years in government affairs / regulatory / public policy roles in Qatar or Kuwait
- Deep understanding of targeted countgry and national regulatory landscape
- Proven track record of securing licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Strong network within Qatar or Kuwait government bodies and regulatory agencies
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industry preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Grew up and based in Qatar or Kuwait; willing to travel across Saudi and GCC
