Job description
Responsible for leading training, certification, and skill development programs for production operators in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on UHP gas box assembly, helium leak testing, functional testing, and cleanroom practices.
Key responsibilities include
delivering hands-on training, maintaining skill matrices and certification records, monitoring operator performance, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The position also supports production, drives first-pass yield improvements, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to maintain a highly skilled and audit-ready workforce.
