We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce implementation and transformation initiatives while working closely with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong consulting expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in data migration, ETL, and enterprise CRM projects.
This role requires a self-driven professional who can translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, manage project delivery, and ensure customer success across complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Lead client discussions and independently manage senior business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Participate in solution design, implementation, configuration, and deployment activities. Drive end-to-end Salesforce project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
Manage data migration, data integration, ETL processes, and data quality initiatives. Collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, and business users to deliver solutions. Prepare solution design documents, requirement specifications, and project documentation. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation activities. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend platform enhancements. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Minimum 3+ years of successful Salesforce consulting and project delivery experience. Strong expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing engagements. Hands-on experience in Data Migration, ETL, Data Integration, and Data Management projects. Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and high client satisfaction. Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery. Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
