Position Details Per Diem Day Shift Location: Black River Memorial Hospital Campus Make an Impact Review and verify medication orders for safety, accuracy, and clinical appropriateness. Dispense medications and provide patient counseling. Collaborate with providers to resolve medication-related issues and optimize therapy.

Support medication safety, regulatory compliance, and the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Assist with insurance billing, prior authorizations, and claim resolution. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (B.S) in a five-year pharmaceutical program or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale technologies Strong clinical knowledge and counseling skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Join a team committed to compassionate care, collaboration, and improving the health of our community.
