Job Roles & Responsibilities Inspect campus grounds, circulation spaces and landscape for defects and cleanliness, including water Features Conduct weekly routine checks of all water feature equipment/pumps on campus Carry out monthly utility readings on tenant’s meters and other meter readings as necessary. Assist in overseeing minor maintenance or repair works on campus Assist in campus event management Job Requirements Min 3 years’ experience in a Facilities Management role A diploma from local polytechnic or higher certificate in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Facilities Management and construction- related field Knowledge of basic Workplace Safety and Health requirements
