We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Spanish commercial Fertility team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our presence across existing and new accounts through a variety of remote sales channels. Location: Barcelona or Madrid preferably, but open to other locations.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities As the Inside Sales Representative – Spain Fertility solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive account management, customer retention, and new business development. You will engage customers through virtual sales channels, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving commercial objectives.
Success Measures (KPIs ) Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through new business acquisition, account expansion, and product portfolio growth. Customer Retention & Account Development: Maintain a high customer retention rate while increasing revenue from existing accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting, ensuring sufficient opportunity coverage to consistently achieve sales targets. Required Experience 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Technical Sales, or a similar commercial role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools. Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Accountability Preferred Experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or recurring revenue businesses.
Familiarity with social selling, digital sales engagement, and sales automation tools. Experience working in a multinational environment. Why Join Us? The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is 31.000 to 40.000 Euro Annually. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
