Perform routine assembly tasks using established procedures and quality standards. Operate standard hand tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly specifications. Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or team leader.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of assembly techniques, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment is a plus. Ability to read and use precision measuring tools. Blueprint reading experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately. Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently bend, twist, climb, and perform repetitive physical movements. Ability to lift approximately 55 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds periodically.
