Social Media Associate

Dreamation Designs is looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative Social Media Associate to lead the expansion of our digital footprint within our diverse creative network. This network features several distinct brands, including DIIDII Designs, DreamNation Architects, DreamCraft, Ire ati Aanu Products, and Erhi Tie and Dye.

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will oversee the production of compelling content, foster active community interaction, and elevate brand recognition across various social channels. The position is essential for driving commercial success while amplifying the social mission of The Dream-A-Nation Project (DADIM).

Responsibilities

Develop, produce, and organize engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Oversee daily community management by addressing comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries promptly. Coordinate the photography and videography of merchandise, events, and training sessions for DADIM. Monitor social media analytics and compile detailed reports on engagement and performance.

Stay informed about emerging trends in fashion, design, and lifestyle to keep content fresh and relevant. Partner with sales and production departments to ensure marketing efforts align with upcoming promotions and product releases. Craft compelling narratives that showcase the company's creative achievements and social impact initiatives.

Provide fundamental graphic design support for social media graphics and marketing collateral.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong skills in community engagement and customer communication. Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos for digital use. Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and reporting on results. Up-to-date knowledge of current trends within the fashion and design sectors.
