Dietary Aide - Days

JOB DUTIES: Assist with meal preparation Serve food to cafeteria customers and plate/tray food for patients Inspect special diet trays to ensure compliance with dietary restrictions Assist cook(s) in determining kitchen supplies and stock for the day, check and maintain stock levels Store excess food and ingredients at correct temperature and manner for health and to avoid spoilage Clean and sterilize food preparation areas Ensure cooking utensils are clean before each use Ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed Maintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policy The Dietary Aide assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
