Investment Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated professional with 0–2 years of experience to play a vital role in advancing the BRIDGE-in Agriculture initiative. This position is central to executing transaction advisory mandates designed to channel capital into underserved markets. The successful candidate will act as a key support resource, facilitating the flow of investment into critical agricultural sectors while contributing to the broader mission of economic development in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on markets, industries, and companies, with a specific focus on Ghana and the wider West African region. Assist in the creation of high-quality investor-facing materials, such as executive summaries, pitch decks, and preliminary investment memorandums. Contribute to the development and refinement of financial and valuation models to support investment decision-making.

Aid in the identification and tracking of potential investors to expand the funding network. Provide logistical and analytical support during the due diligence phase for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Coordinate lending initiatives with partner banks and assist in organizing training programs for Business Development Services (BDS) providers.

Document meeting discussions and distill key insights from interactions with investors, strategic partners, and external stakeholders. Execute ad-hoc assignments and provide general administrative support to the management team as required.

Requirements

Possess 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably within finance, advisory, or development sectors. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market and company research. Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and valuation. Excellent written communication skills for drafting investor materials. Proficiency in organizing and coordinating multi-party activities and due diligence processes.

Ability to synthesize complex information from meetings into clear, actionable summaries. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic tasks and support the team in various operational areas.
