Salina Regional Health Center RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST CT POSITION SUMMARYThe CT Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed, according to established practices and procedures on all patient populations. The CT Technologist will exhibit superior levels of customer service. Effectively operates CT equipment to produce quality images in a variety of settings. The technologist explains procedures to the patient, demonstrates and uses appropriate protocols, and obtains optimum images of specified anatomy. Demonstrates effective radiation safety practices and assists the Radiologist when necessary. The technologist interacts with numerous computer programs and systems on a daily basis.
