We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Cahokia, United States location.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Cahokia area Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesy Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Safely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure product quality Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our professional standards Build positive relationships with customers and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Physical ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedback Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience Preferred: Knowledge of the Cahokia area and surrounding neighborhoods MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
