Director of Bakery Operations

Lead high-volume bakery operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost across multiple shifts. Develop leaders, utilize data for problem-solving, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams on new products, equipment, and long-term strategic planning. Requires 10+ years manufacturing experience, including 5+ years leading managers in a multi-shift food manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
