What You’ll Do As a Pest Management Service Technician, you’ll work independently in the field while building strong relationships with customers and helping protect their homes and businesses from pests.

Your responsibilities

Inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and potential concerns Developing and implementing effective pest management solutions Applying pest control products safely and responsibly in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations Educating customers on treatment plans and ways to help prevent future pest activity Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Providing professional, courteous, and dependable customer service Maintaining your company vehicle, equipment, and supplies Participating in ongoing training, safety programs, and team meetings Attending annual training meetings and company training events held at off-site locations as required Who You Are We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of their work.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record High school diploma or GED Ability and willingness to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays as needed Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including a drug screen, physical, background check, and driving record review Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation in accordance with federal Form I-9 requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Physical & Work Environment Requirements Pest management is an active, hands-on position.
