Clienteling Product Management Intern

YOUR MISSION: Support the Clienteling Senior Product Owner in collecting Maison requirements, shaping the product roadmap, and driving continuous product enhancements and innovation. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Consolidate and analyse Maison requests for clienteling product evolutions. Support prioritisation ceremonies and roadmap preparation with business and technical teams.

Coordinate feature design, development monitoring, delivery checks and bug resolution. Maintain clear end-user documentation and support adoption with the Change & Adoption team. Promote consistent user journeys, naming, translations and best practices. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Bachelor student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.

Initial experience in CRM, clienteling, client activation, retail or product management is a plus. Agile, organised and collaborative, with strong project coordination skills. Fluent in English and French. Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and JIRA/Confluence-type tools. School/university internship agreement required; available for 6 months from January 2027.
