Housekeeping Supervisor

The real MVPs of our hotels are the people behind the scenes – keeping our beds fresh, linen stocked, cushions fluffed and all-round cleanliness! As Housekeeping Supervisor at Vibe Hotel Melbourne you’ll seamlessly keep our guestrooms shimmering and our housekeeping team humming. Delegating and leading by example, you’re the expert when it comes to taking care of business (and your team!)

, with a smile. There’s nothing you can’t turn your hand to, ensuring smooth passage of daily housekeeping. No surface goes unturned when you’re on shift – you coordinate the team to attend to guest rooms and conduct all general cleaning, allocating duties as required, ensuring utmost efficiency and alignment to policy and procedure.

You move fast, think faster and rarely break a sweat under pressure, whether providing professional customer service, supporting your team or multitasking. You’re athletic, good-humoured, but no-nonsense… in a refreshingly down-to-earth way. So are we. It’s why we want you on our team at TFE Hotels. We’re going places and we value people who wake up with a positive mindset, roll up their sleeves and make the most of whatever comes your way.

We want you to help run the show and in return, we promise TFE will be yours to make. ---------------------------------------------------------- Life at TFE is brimming with possibility. We’re the only international hotel group headquartered in Sydney, and we’re looking for passionate people ready to dive in and move with us.

Today, we have 70+ hotels, seven brands, in eight countries... and we’re not stopping there, with new hotels underway and more in the pipeline. Everyone at TFE is invited to take ownership and help shape our future. If you’re authentic, flexible and talented, you’ll find more than you expected, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
