This growing, innovative, and comprehensive treatment facility specializing in holistic therapies is seeking a Full-time, experienced cook. Will be responsible for planning, implementing, and providing three meals a day for 6 clients and some staff .

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Food Handlers License Knowledge of “Clean eating” recipes Minimum of two years’ experience working in the field Owns transportation and current California driver’s license and insurance. Position requires driving. Minimum of two years in total recovery, in remission from all substance use disorders. Capacity to teach, support and model total recovery.

Process organization and budgeting skills Must be able to pass background check.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make full breakfast and lunch then prep dinner for 6 clients bring able to serve varying dietary needs. Create healthy menus on seasonal basis Weekly grocery shopping staying within a budget Daily kitchen clean up Properly store and label all foods Other duties as determined by the Executive Director.
