Join the Broncs and help build a strong future for girls wrestling at Belle Fourche High School! Position: High School CoachLocation: Belle Fourche, SDJob Type: Part-time/SeasonalResponsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs for student-athletes in your designated sport.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment.
• Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and sportsmanship.
• Organize and conduct practices, games, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with parents, faculty, and administration to promote the athletic program.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes during practices and competitions.
• Monitor academic performance and encourage student-athletes to excel in their studies.Qualifications:- Previous coaching experience or a strong background in the sport you wish to coach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, and best practices in high school athletics.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
