Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. Offer solutions and resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's offerings.

Build long-term relationships with customers through regular communication. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle customer escalations and provide timely updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using MS Office and customer relationship management tools.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
