Job description

Quatro Group has partnered with Australia's leading Restoration business. They are seeking experienced Level 3 & 4 Restoration Technicians to join a growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll take the lead on complex restoration projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes while mentoring junior technicians.

Fast tracked career progression About the role You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across water, mould, and fire damage restoration projects—working to industry-leading IICRC standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing Conduct detailed on-site damage assessments (water, mould, fire) Execute remediation and restoration works to IICRC S500/S520 standards Prepare accurate reports with photos, videos, and documentation Develop and review scopes of work Set up and monitor specialised restoration equipment Perform moisture mapping and surveys Maintain clean, safe, and organised job sites Liaise with clients, insurers, and stakeholders Mentor and support Level 1 & 2 Technicians What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in property restoration or remediation Proven experience with water, mould, and fire damage restoration Strong knowledge of IICRC standards Experience using moisture meters and drying equipment Ability to mentor and guide junior staff High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Physically fit with strong manual handling capability Required Certifications & Licences Valid Driver’s Licence Construction White Card IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) (preferred) Apply Now If you’re an experienced restoration technician ready to step into a leadership-focused field role, Apply now or email your resume to jobs@quatrogroup.
