Assistant Project Manager - Online Advertising

Department: Customer Service Centre / AI+Service In this position, you will: Plan and implement innovative online advertising strategies, including content creation, community management, and oversight of third-party pages and influencers Play a key role in SEO by supporting keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building outreach, and performance reporting Dive into SEM by managing paid advertising campaigns (Search, Display), conducting keyword research, and tracking campaign performance Proactively create, refine, and schedule compelling content for daily distribution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Google Display Network Support campaign operations with a strong understanding of diverse social media and digital platforms, ensuring seamless execution Utilize tools and collaborate with agencies to effectively monitor conversations and manage brand sentiment Maintain the tone and visual identity of company accounts to ensure brand consistency and resonance.

Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver campaigns and content in a timely, goal-oriented manner Analyze online advertising campaign performance through detailed reports, optimizing organic reach, engagement, and key performance indicators To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or a related discipline Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in mobile telecommunications Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation; excellent planning, organizational, and execution abilities; adaptable to fast-paced environments; innovative, detail-oriented, tactful, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and pleasant personality Proficient in PC software and database analysis tools Familiar with localized social media operation strategies across Mainland China and Hong Kong
