We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville, United States location (130 Breckinridge Ln).

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Louisville area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations Provide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation Physical capability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditions Preferred: Familiarity with the Louisville area and local street knowledge Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
