GIS-Field Verification Executive

Field Verification Executive Department: Field Operations Experience: 1 - 2 years | Employment: Field-based Work mode: Onsite (Frequent local travel to assigned locations required) Location: India (multiple locations/cities, as assigned) Role overview We are looking for a Field Verification Executive to conduct on-site address and contact person verification for assigned records.

The role involves visiting the given locations, confirming the accuracy of the address, verifying the availability/identity of the concerned contact person, and accurately reporting the outcome of each visit.

Key responsibilities

Visit assigned addresses to verify their existence and accuracy as per the given records. Confirm the presence, identity, and availability of the concerned contact person at the given address. Capture geo-tagged photographs and relevant proof of verification, as required. Record verification outcomes accurately in the prescribed format/app (e.

g., verified, address not found, person not available, address shifted, refused, etc.) Coordinate with the central team to clarify discrepancies or seek additional information where needed. Maintain a log of locations visited, verification outcomes, and daily visit reports. Adhere to assigned timelines for visits and reporting.

Key Requirements Willingness to travel locally/regionally for on-site visits on a regular basis. Comfortable using a smartphone/app for geo-tagged photo capture and data entry. Basic communication (including local/native language) and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with individuals at the verification address.

Strong attention to detail and honesty/integrity in reporting findings. Ability to work independently and manage assigned field schedules. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred, for local mobility. Preferred experience Prior experience in field verification or address/document verification work. Familiarity with the local geography/region of deployment.

Basic knowledge of GPS/location-based apps.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 th pass / Diploma. A degree in any field is an added advantage.
