Adult Residential Support Professional

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Fahrman Center. Fahrman Center is a 42-bed residential treatment facility providing substance use treatment and restorative justice services for adults in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide guidance, supervision, and support to residents while helping create a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and personal growth.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible 2nd shift position working evenings and some weekends.
